First phase:  September 2004 – January 2005

EC/CoE

- Nominate International Experts

- Update and present of Terms of Reference

- Present Methodology of PTA phase

IRPP/SAAH Project Coordinators

- Identify 2 sites for pilot PTAs

- Nominate local consultants/experts

- Identify specific consultants for all the sites on the PIL

- International Experts’ visits to the pilot PTA sites + Workshops

Second Phase: February – May 2005

- Preparation of PTAs by local experts (coordinated by project coordinators)

- Workshops on Pilot PTAs involving all local experts

- Start application of PTAs to all sites

Third phase: June – September 2005

- Finalise PTAs on all sites

- Publish and present PTA reports

- Identify sites to be subject of Feasibility Studies

Fourth phase:  October 2005 – August 2006

- Implement Feasibility Studies

- Publication and presentation of Feasibility Studies
