Commission to Preserve National Monuments

First day (Thursday, April 25, 2013)

1.     Agenda of the Commission’s 57th session;

2.     Minutes of the Commission’s 56th session, held from February 04 to 06 2013, in Sarajevo;

3.     Report on activities following the 56th session (the period from 21.01. to 15.04.2013);

4.     Report on the material-financial operations of the Commission after the 56th session (the period from 21.01. to 15.04.2013);

5.     Report on activities on preparation of the nomination file for necropolises with stećak tombstones;

6.     Procurement plan for 2013;

7.     Report on participation of the Commission representative at the WA Course on Site Management Planning and Management on Conservation Projects for professionals, on March 03 and 04, 2013 in Nablus, Palestine;

8.     Report on participation of the Commission representative at the round table "The HUL Challenge. Reassessing the Values of the Past in the Light of Contemporary Trends", on march 16 and 17, 2013 in Florence, Italy;

9.     Report on participation of the Commission representative at the Advisory Bodies World Heritage Workshop", from March 18 to 22, 2013 in Gland, Switzerland;

10.  Draft Decision to extend protection for properties for which a one-year deadline from the date of submitting petition has expired;

11.  Analysis of the projects for the Old mosque in Špionica, the Old Soko mosque in Gračanica, Mir Muhamedova mosque in Čajniče, the site of Tašlihan in Sarajevo and the Fort in Jajce and conclusion of their removal from the List of Endangered Monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

12.  Conclusion on amendments of items IV or V (all executive and area development planning acts not in accordance with the provisions of this Decision are hereby revoked) decisions made up to 47th session;

a.     The historic building of the National Theatre in Sarajevo, municipality Centar Sarajevo – request of the Ministry for Traffic of the Canton of Sarajevo to issue opinion on the adopted Urban design “National Theatre” and possibilities to build the underground garage near the National Theatre according to the urban design;

b.    The Archaeological site of the Prehistoric hillfort on Grabovik-Zaketuša  above the village of Straža, Srebrenik municipality – consider opinions of the interested parties related to renewal of the procedure;

c.     The architectural ensemble of the Crni Vrh development in Sarajevo, municipality Centar Sarajevo – request of Gabriela Tomac and Milivoj Latković from Sarajevo to change the decision (delete parcels no.  c.p. 884, 1001, 1126 and 2341 in the A1 list of land register entry 418 KO SP_Sarajevo-Mahala LIV and c.p. 2429 and 2430 written to land register entry 880);

d.    The historic urban area of Jajce – consider request of the Majlis of Islamic Community of Jajce to obtain Building Permit for reconstructed imam house in the ensemble of the Sultana Esma mosque in Jajce;

e.     The architectural ensemble of the historic urban area of Kreševo – request of the Municipality Kreševo to revise the decision;

f.     The site and remains of the architectural ensemble of the Sava (Atik) mosque in Brčko – request of Daniel Šolaja from Brčko to revise the decision;

14.  Draft decision to designate the movable property of the Mushaf (copy of the Qur’an) of Fadil pasha Šerifović as a national monument of BiH;

15.  Draft decision to designate the movable property of the Čajniče Gospel book in the museum of the Churches of the Dormition of the Virgin and the Ascension of Christ in Čajniče as a national monument of BiH;

16.  Draft decision to designate the Memorial to fallen combatants and victims of fascist terror in Sarajevo as a national monument of BiH;

17.  Draft decision to designate the memorial to Austro-Hungarian pilots killed in Sarajevo, Municipality Ilidža, as a national monument of BiH;

18.  Draft decision to designate the historic building of the Tabački Masjid (Hajji Osman Masjid) in Sarajevo as a national monument of BiH;

19.  Draft decision to designate the archaeological site of the Neolithic settlement of Nebo, Han Bila, Travnik Municipality as a national monument of BiH;

20.  Draft decision to designate the historic site of Havala in Kulen Vakuf, Municipality Bihać, as a national monument of BiH;

21.  Draft decision to designate the historic site of the necropolis with stećak tombstones and nišan gravestones at Borjanice-Marevska kosa in Malo Marevo, Foča Municipality as a national monument of BiH;

22.  Draft decision to designate the historic site of the necropolis with stećak tombstones at the site of Suhodanj in Milatkovići, Čajniče as a national monument of BiH;

23.  Draft decision to designate the historic site of the necropolis with stećaks at Crkvina in Bjelosavljevići, Municipality Sokolac as a national monument of BiH;

24.  Draft decision to designate the historic site of the necropolis with stećak tombstones at the site of Jasik in Gračanica, Municipality Živinice as a national monument of BiH;

25.  Draft decision to designate the historic monument of the Mufti’s Konak in Tešanj as a national monument of BiH ;

28.  Draft decision to designate the historic site of the harem of the Trnovi mosque, Polje, Municipality Velika Kladuša, as a national monument of BiH;
