4.     Report on the material-financial operations of the Commission since the 45th session;

5.     Report on participation of the Commission representative at the 15th World Congress of Jewish Studies from August 02 to 06, 2009 in Jerusalem;

6.     Report on participation of the Commission representative at the 75th General Conference and Assembly of The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) – “Libraries Create Futures: Building on Cultural Heritage” from August 23 to 29, 2009 in Milan;

7.     Draft Decision to extend protection for properties for which a one-year deadline from the date of submitting petition has expired,

8.     Opinion of the Commission regarding frequent moving of the stećak tombstones from the burial grounds where they belong;

9.     Establishing if there are conditions to start procedure to amend decisions to designate properties as national monuments

a.     The archaeological site of the prehistoric hillfort on Gradina under Kuge, village of Bjelave – request of the „Jablan“ d.o.o. Srebrenik to reconsider decision;

b.    The historic building of the Cathedral (Cathedral Church of the Heart of Jesus) in Sarajevo – request of the Croatian Cultural Society Napredak to issue opinion to the selected proposal for making the memorial to Pope John Paul II;

c.     The archaeological site of Ripač in the village of Ripač near Bihać – request of the Bihać Municipality to amend decision;

d.    The historic site of the old Visoki fort in Visoko – request of the Foundation: "Archaeological park: Bosnian pyramid of the Sun ", Sarajevo to amend decision;

10.  Issuing opinions to design documents

a.     The historic building of the Orthodox Cathedral church (church of the Holy Mother of God) with movable heritage in Sarajevo, Old Town Municipality, FBIH – request of the Federal Ministry of Regional Planning to issue opinion on harmonization of the Main design of the gas installations and Main mechanical design of the floor and radiator heating with decision’s regulations;

b.    The Archaeological site of At Mejdan (Hippodrome) in Sarajevo, Old Town Municipality, FBIH - request of the Federal Ministry of Regional Planning to issue opinion on the Outline study of the "Atmejdan - Bakrbaba mosque complex";

c.     Historic urban area of Jajce, FBiH – request of the Federal Ministry of Regional Planning to issue opinion on harmonization of the Construction design of the Ibrahim-bey’s mosque in Jajce with decision’s regulations;

d.    Historic urban area of Počitelj, Čapljina Municipality, FBiH – request of the MAKART HOTELI d.o.o. Čapljina to issue opinion on the Outline study of the Multimedia center in Počitelj;

e.     Historic – urban area of Mostar – request of Atonijo Vujica and Jasenka Puljić to issue an approval for reconstrukction of the existing building in Onešćukova street No 35, Mostar;

11.  Other request and letters

a.     The historic site of the old Visoki fort in Visoko – proposal of the Foundation: "Archaeological park: Bosnian pyramid of the Sun ", Sarajevo to repair, conserve and permanent protection the old Visoki fort;

b.    The site and remains of the architectural ensemble of the Atik mosque (Old mosque, Sultan Sulayman’s mosque) with harem and turbe in Bijeljina – request of the Citizen Association "Return and sustainable Survival”, Bijeljina to stop construction of the annex to the Municipality and District Court building in the immediate vicinity of the mosque;

c.     Vjetrenica cave in Zavala, Ravno – request of the Speleological Association  "Vjetrenica-Popovo Polje" to stop construction works inside the cave;

d.    Architectural ensemble – Pruščakova (Hasana Kjafije) mosque in Prusac, Donji Vakuf, FBiH – considering report of professors Muhamed Zlatar and Muhamed Madžarević about heavy damages on the mosque;

Second day (Wednesday, September 09, 2009)

12.  Draft decision to amend decision to designate the archaeological site of Mile – the coronation and sepulchral church of the Bosnian kings, Arnautovići, Visoko Municipality, as a national monument of BiH;

13.  Draft decision to designate the historic site of the Sebešić necropolis with stećak tombstones, Municipality Novi Travnik as a national monument of BiH;

14.  Draft decision to designate the historic site of two cruciform tombstones near the village of Orašac, Municipality Novi Travnik as a national monument of BiH;

15.  Draft decision to designate the historic site of an isolated stećak in the village of Bistro, Municipality Novi Travnik as a national monument of BiH;

16.  Draft decision to designate the archaeological site of the prehistoric Neolithic settlement of Obre II at Gornje polje in the village of Obre, Kakanj Municipality as a national monument of BiH;

17.  Draft decision to designate The cultural landscape of the Blatačko lake with part of the Rakitnica gorge and necropolises with stećak and nišan tombstones in the village of Blace, Konjic Municipality as a national monument of BiH;

18.  Draft decision to designate the historic site of the necropolis with stećak tombstones in the village of Sovići, Municipality Jablanica as a national monument of BiH;

19.  Draft decision to designate the architectural ensemble of the old mosque in the village of Rujnica near Zavidovići as a national monument of BiH;

20.  Draft decision to designate the historic site of the Todorovo (Novigrad) fort and mosque in Todorovo, Municipality Velika Kladuša as a national monument of BiH;

21.  Draft decision to designate the historic monument of the Church of the Holy Trinity in Tavna (the Tavna monastery church), Municipality Bijeljina as a national monument of BiH;

22.  Draft decision to designate the residential complex of the Čokljat family in Šetnica, Stolac, Municipality Stolac as a national monument of BiH;

23.  Draft decision to set forth that the Mejdan džedid [jadid] (Coloured) mosque in Gračanica does not meet the criteria to be designated as a national monument of BiH;

24.  Draft decision to designate the historic building of the Konak – Town Hall – in Gračanica as a national monument of BiH;

25.  Draft decision to set forth that the central park known as the National Heroes’ Memorial Park in Doboj does not meet the criteria to be designated as a national monument of BiH;

26.  Draft decision to set forth that the Ledara (ice-house) building, the former Sarajevo Brewery cold store in Mostar does not meet the criteria to be designated as a national monument of BiH;

27.  Draft decision to designate the historic building of the Officers’ Club in Travnik as a national monument of BiH;

28.  Draft decision to designate the natural and architectural ensemble of Skakavac in Nahorevo near Sarajevo as a national monument of BiH;
