The archaeological site of the prehistoric hillfort on Gradina under Kuge, village of Bjelave, Municipality Srebrenik, FBiH – request of the Federal Ministry of Regional Planning and the Ministry of Spatial Planning and Protection of Environment of the Tuzla canton to send an information about possible change or revoking of decision to designate the property as a national monument;
    2. The Archaeological site of the Prehistoric hillfort on Grabovik-Zaketuša  above the village of Straža, Srebrenik municipality – request of the "Zvornik putevi" d.o.o. Sapna to reconsider decision to designate the property as a national monument;
    3. Considering to resume a procedure to make decision to amend decision to designate the historic site of the Old Visoki fort as a national monument
    4. Request of the Federal Ministry of Regional Planning related to the scope of the Townscape of Sarajevo and Maršal Tito street in Sarajevo (issuing of the urban approval for changing of residential to business purpose in the building in Šenoina street No 14, Sarajevo);
    5. Chimney of the tunnel furnace in the brick factory „Usora“ d.d. Jelah – request of the IGM „Usora“ d.d. Jelah to issue an approval to demolish a chimney because it is in dilapidated condition and endanger people lives;

Second day (Wednesday, January 21, 2009)

  1. Draft decision to designate the movable property consisting of the collection of works of art and personal effects of Jovan Bijelić as a national monument of BiH;
  2. Draft decision to designate the historic site of the necropolis with stećak and old nišan tombstones in Budoželje, Municipality Vareš as a national monument of BiH;
  3. Draft decision to designate the historic site with two stećak tombstones at Gromile in the hamlet of Račica, Municipality Konjic as a national monument of BiH;
  4. Draft decision to designate the historic site of the necropolis with stećak tombstones on the slopes of Mt. Bahtijevica, in Dabića (Velika) poljana, Municipality Konjic as a national monument BiH;
  5. Draft decision to designate the historic site of the necropolis with stećak tombstones and the remains of a mediaeval church at Crkvina in Razići, Municipality Konjic as a national monument BiH;
  6. Draft decision to designate the archaeological site of the prehistoric hillfort known as Velika gradina and the remains of a Roman watchtower in Vidoši, as a national monument of BiH;
  7. Draft decision to designate the historic site of the Česmina glava necropolis with stećak tombstones in Odžaci, Municipality Konjic as a national monument BiH;
  8. Draft decision to designate the historic site of the necropolis with stećak tombstones at the site of Gradić in Odžaci, Konjic as a national monument BiH;
  9. Draft decision to designate the architectural ensemble of the timber-built church of the Ascension in Kola as a national monument BiH;
  10. Draft decision to designate the historic monument of the church of the Cerement of the Most Holy Virgin in Vareš with movable property as a national monument BiH;
  11. Draft decision to designate the historic monument of the public fountain below the Repovac mosque in Konjic as a national monument BiH;
  12. Draft decision to designate the historic monument of Morića han in Sarajevo as a national monument BiH;

Third day (Thursday, January 22, 2009)

  1. Draft decision to designate the site and remains of the architectural ensemble of the Trzanska mosque (Ali-bey mosque, mosque at Trzanj) in Žepče as a national monument of BiH;
  2. Draft decision to designate the architectural ensemble of the old Bishop's palace in Vukodol as a national monument BiH;
  3. Draft decision to designate the natural and built ensemble of the mills complex on the Pliva near Jajce – Watermills on Pliva river, Jajce as a national monument BiH;
  4. Draft decision to designate the historic building of the Prosvjeta Serbian cultural and educational society as a national monument BiH;
  5. Meeting with representatives of the Federal Ministry of Regional Planning, Institute for Protection of Monuments in the Composition of the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sport and the owner (Dragan Milavić) related to construction of the residential building at the area of the Janjik garden in the scope of the national monument of the Natural-architectural ensemble of the residential building of the Velagić family (Velagićevina) in Blagaj near Mostar;
