Commission to Preserve National Monuments

 

  1. Adoption of agenda for the 31st session;
  2. Adoption of Minutes of the 30th session of the Commission, held from 16 to 22 January 2007 in Sarajevo;
  3. Report of Commission’s activities following the 30th session;
  4. Report on material and financial operations of the Commission since the 30th session;
  5. Information on realization of recommendations of the Audit Office for the Institutions of BiH;
  6. Draft Decision on evaluation of work of the staff members of the Commission in the period of one year;
  7. Application by Nadia Capuzzo Derković for extension of engagement in the Commission for the purpose of expert training;
  8. Report on participation of Commission’s representatives at the 6th coordination meeting of Programme Coordinators within the Regional Programme for Cultural and Natural Heritage in South East Europe, held from 23 to 25 February 2007 in Strasbourg;

b)       The Ćurčinica mosque in Livno – request by the Centre for Islamic Architecture from Sarajevo for exemption of the mosque from the procedure of designation as a national monument of BiH;

c)       The archaeological sites of the Visoko Municipality – request by the Visoko Municipality for presentation of information on the possibility to delegate the management to the Public Institution of the National Museum from Visoko;

  1. Draft Decision to designate the historic ensemble of the Old Bjelaj Fort in Bjelaj, Municipality of Bosanski Petrovac, as a national monument of BiH;
  2. Draft Decision to designate the historic ensemble of the St. George’s Church at the Crkvina site in Kolunić, Municipality of Bosanski Petrovac, as a national monument of BiH;
  3. Draft Decision to designate the historic ensemble of the Old town Brekovica in Brekovica, Municipality of Bihać, as a national monument of BiH;
  4. Draft Decision to designate the burial ground ensemble of the Orthodox graveyard on Stražbenica and the necropolis with stećak tombstones in hamlet of Moconje (in Gornje Šljivno), village of Šljivno on Dobrinja, Municipality of Banjaluka, as a national monument of BiH;
  5. Draft Decision on changes and amendments of the Decision to designate the architectural ensemble of the St. Mary’s Church with St. Luka’s Belltower in Jajce as a national monument of BiH;
  6. Meeting with representatives of responsible prosecutor’s offices in BiH with regard to bringing the criminal charges against the perpetrators of the crimes against the monuments;
  7. Draft Decision to designate the historic building of the Serb orthodox monastery of Rmanj in Martin Brod together with movable properties, as a national monument of BiH;
  8. Draft Decision to reject proposal by the Clinic centre of Istočno Sarajevo for designation of the Psychiatry Clinic in Sokolac (the Austro-Hungarian barracks) as a national monument of BiH;
