First day (Tuesday, March 10, 2009)

  1. Agenda of the Commission’s 43rd session;
  2. Minutes of the Commission’s 42nd session, held from January 20 to 26, 2009 in Sarajevo;
  3. Report on realization of the Commission’s conclusions since the 42nd session;
  4. Report on the material-financial operations of the Commission since the 41st session;
  5. Annual report and draft accounts of the commission for 2008;
  6. Conclusion related to going Commission’s decision into effect;

Second day (Wednesday, March 11, 2009)

  1. Draft decision to designate the group of monuments and historic site - prehistoric hillfort, late-antique fortifications (refugium), the remains of a late antique church dedicated to St Lucy, and a necropolis with stećak tombstones in Podastinje, Municipality Kiseljak, as a national monument of BiH;
  2. Draft decision to designate the historic site of the Prehistoric tumulus and necropolis with stećak tombstones on the slopes of Mt. Bahtijevica, in Dabića (Velika) poljana, Municipality Konjic as a national monument BiH;
  3. Draft decision to designate the historic site of the necropolis with stećak tombstones and the remains of a mediaeval church at Crkvina in Razići, Municipality Konjic as a national monument BiH;
  4. Draft decision to designate the historical area – Necropolis with standing tomb-stones on locality Omeđak in the settlement Sudići, Municipality Čajniče as a national monument of BiH;
  5. Draft decision to designate the historical area of – Seven mezars (burial places in Ottoman Empire) and remnants of old nishans (tomb-stones in Ottoman Empire) on the locality Zaklopača (Dobro selo-Good Village) in the settlement Sudići, Municipality Čajniče as a national monument of BiH;
  6. Meeting related to the General approach to the way of treatment, conservation and presentation of findings and materials on the archaeological sites on which archaeological works have been performed;
  7. Draft decision to reject the proposal of Association of citizens United Organization of Youth-JOM (UOY) from Jelah, for proclaiming Chimney of the tunnel furnace in the area of factory IGM Usora d.d (Usora Ltd.) in Jelah as a national monument of BiH;
  8. Draft decision to designate the historic monument  of the  Building of Krajinaroads in Bihać as a national monument of BiH;

Third day (Thursday, March 12, 2009)

  1. Draft decision to designate the historic monument of the church of the Cerement of the Most Holy Virgin in Vareš with movable property as a national monument BiH;
  2. Draft decision to designate the architectural ensemble of the Repovac mosque with the drinking fountain in Konjic as a national monument of BiH;
  3. Draft decision to designate the Architectural Ensemble of the Kloster Building (Monastery and School of Sisters Adorers of the Blood of Christ) and the Building of the First Session of AVNOJ (the AVNOJ Museum) in Bihać as a national monument of BiH;
  4. Reception in Presidency of BiH on the occasion of designation of Martin Cherry as an international member of the Commission and leaving of Tina Wik out of Commission;
  5. Draft decision to designate the group of buildings of the Husrev-bey's vakuf in Sarajevo as a national monument of BiH;
  6. Draft decision to designate the historic ensemble of the Red Cross Building in Sarajevo as a national monument of BiH;
  7. Draft decision to designate the architectural ensemble of a complex of villas from the Austro-Hungarian period in Petrakijina Street (the Mandić Villa, the Heinrich Reiter Villa, the Hermina Radisch Villa and the Forstrath Miklau Villa) in Sarajevoas a national monument of BiH;
  8. Draft decision to designate the historical monument of the Emperor’s (of Isa-beg Ishakovic) bridge in Sarajevo as a national monument of BiH;
  9. Draft decision to designate the architectural ensemble of the old Bishop's palace in Vukodol as a national monument BiH;
