  3. Report on the Commission’s activities since the 37th session;

a)       Town mosque in Velika Kladuša – request by the Federal ministry of regional planning to issue opinion to complete memorial to the killed soldiers of the Army of BiH “Memorial fountain with šehid mark” inside the harem of the mosque;

b)       Old stone bridge in Konjic – request of the School of Civil Engineering from Mostar to consider report on positions to fix the old stones pulled out from Neretva river;

c)       Historic area of Čaršija in Foča – request of the Department for physical planning, residential-public services of Municipality Foča to give opinion on issuing decision to demolish buildings which are in very poor condition by the minutes of inspection;

d)       The architectural ensemble of the Cathedral church dedicated to the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Mala Gospa) in Trebinje – request of the Ministry of Regional Planning, Construction and Ecology of Republika Srpska to give expert opinion and guidelines related to issuing urban approval for adaptation and additional building of the Bell tower;

 

Third day (Thursday, May 29, 2008)

  1. Draft decision to designate the historic site of the necropolis with stećak tombstones at Marmorje, Gornji Studenci, Municipality Ljubuški as a national monument of BiH;
  2. Draft decision to designate the historic site of the necropolis with stećak tombstones at Poljice, locality Veliko Jezero, Municipality Konjic as a national monument of BiH;
  3. Draft decision to designate the historic site of the necropolis with stećak tombstones at Mramorje in the village of Moguš, Municipality Olovo as a national monument of BiH;
  4. Draft decision to designate the historic site of the Navitak necropolis with stećak tombstones in the village of Boganovići, Municipality Olovo as a national monument of BiH;
  5. Draft decision to designate the historic site of the necropolis with stećak tombstones in Donji Ivančići, Municipality Ilijaš as a national monument of BiH;
  6. Draft decision to designate the historic site of the remains of the mediaeval church of St Rocco (the shrine of “Our Lady of Olovo”) with a necropolis with stećak tombstones and an obelisk (pillar, nišan tombstone) in Bakići Donji, Municipality Olovo as a national monument of BiH;
  7. Draft decision to designate Strgačina, Rudo as a national monument of BiH;
  8. Meeting related to the legal status of Terzić art collection;
  9. Draft decision to designate the site and remains of the Maldovan pasha mosque with harem in Međurječje near Čajniče as a national monument of BiH;
  10. Draft decision to designate the historic Pension Fund building (the building on the corner of Marshal Tito and Hamzo Humo streets) in Sarajevo as a national monument of BiH;
  11. Draft decision to designate the site and remains of the Mir Muhamed mosque (Mehmed and Mustajbey mosque) in Čajniče as a national monument of BiH;
  12. Draft decision to reject the proposal by the Vidosav Jevđenić to designate the residential building in the Duško Košćica street No 10 in Banja Luka as a national monument of BiH;
  13. Draft decision to reject the proposal by the Group of citizens of Banja Luka to designate the residential building in the Grčka street No 5 in Banja Luka as a national monument of BiH;

 

Fourth day (Friday, May 30, 2008)

  1. Draft decision to designate the historic property of the First Provincial Government Building (building of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina) with movable heritage in Sarajevo as a national monument of BiH;
  2. Draft decision to designate the Church of St Clement, Dražin Do, Trebinje as a national monument of BiH;
  3. Draft decision to designate the architectural ensemble of the Church of St Nicholas with old stone tombstones (cruciform tombstones) at Domaševo near Trebinje as a national monument of BiH;
  4. Draft decision to designate the architectural ensemble of the Serbian Orthodox church of St Basil of Ostrog in Blagaj with movable heritage as a national monument of BiH;
  5. Draft decision to designate the residential architectural ensemble of the Begovina in Stolac as a national monument of BiH,
  6. Draft decision to designate the Catholic Church in Blagaj as a national monument of BiH;
  7. Draft decision to designate the architectural ensemble of the Islahijet in Brčko as a national monument of BiH;
